Aquaduct 360 XT production of 2007 still with some Proplems.

hi all , i have few proplems that never got fixd at all, my display keeps telling me * pump 1 not avil.* firmwear too old not connected* and it never stops dam flashing.



Now am gona give u some Aquareo inormation

Firmware Version is 4.15a i am not sure if there is any new ones.



Os Version is 2.03



hardware version is 4.00



i have the Aquasuite v 4.69.00 witch i belive its the latest one



As for how setings are i used teh Seting Wizard to make sure am not doing anyting wrong. but that didnt help at all still the same and now the Flow sensor 1 seems like it stopd working but i can hear the pump working just fine and it tells me that there is * 0.00 l/hr*.



id be real thank full for any help tips or input to try and solve this proplem with me and thank u for ur time in advance.

You won't be able to solve that yourself. That error means that there is something wrong between the communication of the main controller and the pump controller. Maybe the data cable is loose or even damaged or the interface of the pump controller itself is faulty.

If the cable is loose (very unlikely) you might fix that yourself by removing the top of the device and check the connection between both controllers. I do not recommend to try this since as said it is unlikely and you will also encounter problems to get it 100% leak-proof afterwards since you normally have to exchange the tubes in the side profiles which means that you also have to open the base.

Best solution would be to send it in for a repair but with the shipping costs and work time that would be expensive.
