Freitag, 20. Oktober 2006, 19:22

Hello to all ;D

Had received AQUAs for a while, but my work were still not ready, so here's some of the current status.

Pls provide your comments and advice, for I can keep improve.
Thanks in advance.

Insde case ( sorry that I haven't tidy the cables, and still finding best place to install the radiator )

I might change the hose by using L connectors.

And finally, my love-most PlexiTube ;D

White LED fire in center

An change to BLUE LEDs circle ;)

Yep they look alot different to my AC connectors, and your flow rate is much more than min, which reports about 27 l/h at 47 on the pump.

As for your temp settings they look good for your room temp, but out of interest how do you attach the temp sensors for the aquaero. Do you place them on the blocks or the components. Particualrly intersted in the CPU, GPU and North bridge.

Original AQUA barbs :

I'm useing MCP350 Pump; and I had alter the settings in Aquasuite now.

For temperature sensors, you can use the Temp Sensors bundle in AQUAERO; and I attached the sensor tip besides the CPU metal plate; and for North / South Bridge Chip & GPU, I attached the sensor tip to the Chip DIE (like pic below)

Now that is forward thinking indeed. May have to dismantle my PC's to do that too. You have given me the perfect reason too.

Is your Plexiglass Aquatube completely full or is there some air in it, hard to tell in the photos.

SNIFFY,
Good for you to dis-assemble & re-construct your PC, atleast you can clean up ;D
Just be very causious for dis-mounting & mounting the North / South Bridge & GPU Cooler, since Chip DIE were very fragile.
I did ruin my A8N32-Sli MB last time, sent back to ASUS and they gave me a brand new MB the next day. :)

My PlexiTube is actually having little air on top, but won't be seen easily though.
Observe ff pic and you shall find it.

Cool, thanks for the info. I assume there will be problems removing it now the Artic silver paste has had time to cure on the components.

I have made some changes in my mind since I finished the build and I need to clean out the Cuplex XT as I think there is some sand in there from the Rad.

Just need the enthusiasm to do it, as I will have to also finish my main water cooled PC first, thats now been put back even further since your information has enlightend me.

Probably use the Artic Silver adhesive to stick the temp sensor carefully to the side of the various articles, to keep them there and provide a good heat transfer. Just a small blob would do the trick I hope, but leaving some space to allow the water block to sit unobstructed.

Cheers
