Interesting. I have been reading a LOT of posts from people who purchased a bunch of Lion Li SL-V2 or SL Infinity Uni-Fans and want to use AQS instead of L-Connect for PWM and RGB control. They are running into the 90-LED limit of an RGBpx port, for which there just is not a good solution that does not involve a bunch of powered DRGB splitters. I don't have any Lion Li fans and have never messed with L-Connect but it must suck because it seems like no one wants to use it. Aside from the ridiculous amount of LEDs in these fans, the proprietary connectors that Lion Li uses to combine RGB and PWM to reduce cable clutter is actually resulting in a mess of adapter cables. None of these posts have mentioned the fans spinning at 100% when they start up.What brand and model of fans do you have?
2x 3 daisy chained Lian Li AL120. Their RGB cable is connected to the Lian Li Controller and the fan cable to the Quadro.

I'm mainly using the Quadro instead of L-Connect to be able to set the fan curve based on the temperature sensor in my custom liquid cooling loop. L-Connect is alright and I still use it for RGB control over the fans.Interesting. I suggest connecting 1 fan to a PWM port on the Quadro and see what it does. Then I would try connecting that 1 fan to the Lion Li controller and see if it behaves the same way.
