Leakshield unable to release pressure?

Hello, i just had an issue where my leakshield was beeping when i came home, system was off and i could not see any issues with the loop.
Booted up and checked in aquasuite but did not notice anything out of the ordinary. I was checking out the different settings and realised that my LS could no longer release pressure, its stuck at around 400mbar.
tried to switch it to monitor mode, but it just stays stuck on "releasing negative pressure"
tried to run a diagnostic from aquasuite and it confirmed there was an issue with releasing pressure.
I had noticed a week ago that i was getting the wrong fill level , the LS kept saying that it was 100% but it was around 80% with the air pocket needed.
what should I do ?

Sounds like maybe the Leakshield membrane got wet. If coolant gets on the membrane, it can clog it up so air will not pass through it. You can try gently drying it by dabbing it with the corner of a tissue. That or get a Replacement Membrane

There used to be an issue where the valve would get stuck if it wasn't used for a while, so a feature was added to Aquasuite that has LEAKSHIELD check the water level at regular intervals. Could it be that you're using an older version of Aquasuite that doesn't have this feature yet?
I'd recommend contacting customer service; they're always happy to help.
