PC will not go into sleep while QUADRO or VISION or AMPINEL connected !

Hello,
I have been troubleshooting a Windows sleep issue and have identified a possible interaction with Aqua Computer devices.
The symptom is that Windows never enters an idle state:
  • Monitor timeout does not trigger.
  • Automatic sleep does not trigger.
  • Manual sleep works normally.
  • powercfg /requests reports no active blockers.
To investigate, I wrote a small utility that displays the Windows idle timer using the GetLastInputInfo() API.
On my desktop PC, the idle timer remains at 0 seconds indefinitely, indicating that Windows never considers the system idle.
After extensive testing, I found that the problem disappears when I disconnect Aqua Computer devices from USB:
  • QUADRO
  • VISION
  • AMPINEL
As soon as all Aqua Computer USB devices are disconnected:
  • The idle timer starts counting normally.
  • Windows display timeout works.
  • Automatic sleep works.
I also tested with the Aqua Computer service disabled, but the behavior remained unchanged as long as the USB device was connected.
This suggests that either the device firmware or the USB/HID interface is generating activity that continuously resets the Windows idle timer.
Could you please advise whether this is a known issue and whether there are firmware, USB, or Aquasuite settings that could influence Windows idle detection?
I can provide additional information, logs, firmware versions, and reproduction steps if required.
Thank you.

It's the Command Center from Alienware.
