Hubby7 toast?

Hello all,

Just installed a Hubby7 in my PC and it shows up in Windows 10 device manager as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) Code 43.

I have attempted:

Hardware Troubleshooter
Removing all power
Uninstalling/Reinstalling the device
Switching mainboard USB headers for USB IN
Turning off Fast Boot

Any useful ideas? Or is it dead?

Shows as "Generic USB Hub" for me in Win10/64.

Was afraid of that. Windows should've recognized it right away. I'll just return it to the shop and get a replacement.
