New: aquasuite 2017-3.2

Yes that's what I thought as well about not being same number but anyway, on aquabus device list is empty.

And you also have both devices connected via aquabus? On the aquaero you have to use the aquabus highspeed port.

Do you use a 3-pin or 4-pin cable for the aquabus?

Yap it is on aquabus highspeed via 4 pin cable.

Have you powerd off your system completely (unplug psu power cable) after the firmware update?

Aquaero says 2011 and mps 1011.
No I didn't do that.

I just updated to new auqasuite 2017-3-1 and it seem to fix the flow issue :thumbsup:

Does the new aquasuite 2017-3-1 requires again all of the devices to have their firmware updated or only aquaero?

I show 1010 (mps) and 2010 (aquaero), and both indicate the latest firmware is installed.
Has there been an aquasuite update already? I was expecting one on the 21st per Shoggy's original post.

Edit: Ah, went back to Shoggy's original post and see the text was modified to indicate an update available now. *sigh*
Edit 2: The download page does not show show the version #. We need better notification and indication please.

This aquasuite 2017-3-1 seem to work much smoother as far is sensitivity to flow rate :P :thumbsup:

I am on Firmware 2017- 3.1 my 4th fan controller keeps saying overvoltage with only 2 fans attached. This is usually after power off, then on to the computer(meaning power supply totally off, then on). The aqua suite works fine , after I re update the firmware and install to old profile works fine . Any help greatly appreciated Aquaero 5 .

This is no software problem for sure. Either there is something wrong with the attached fan or your aquaero is faulty in some way.

I found out a little bug, "U" is missing in word computer :


At last, systematically :
* AquaComputer service is not active,
=> I have to restart aquasuite with administrator rights
==> AquaComputer service is not active
===> "Start service" to be clicked
Is there a key to update in Windows registry in order to have AquaComputer service active by default ?

Once activated, the computer service should remain activated.
The only exception I have experienced is after an aquasuite update the computer service may require reactivation.

Hello,

I thank you for your answer.
After checking services through command "services.msc", Aqua Computer Service is set on "Automatic" but I needed to start it.
I checked also Windows event viewer. It appeared two errors generated by the Service Control Manager. It reports (sorry if my translation is not right enough):
* The delay threshold of 30000ms is reached during the waiting of connection of Aqua Computer Service
* Service "Aqua Computer Service" was not able to start because of : the service did not answer fast enough during the launching or the control request".

Do you have a tip to do a correction ? :)
