Help with Farbwerk Please

I received my Farbwerk and connected it with just the USB cable to another computer and opened Aquasuite and do not see it anywhere.

What am, I doing wrong?

I only had it connected with USB as I was just wanting to see how it showed up in the software

you need the power connection. The farbwerk need 5V and 12V to work.
