Cuplex Kryos NEXT with VISION date adn time adjustment

Monday, August 20th 2018, 10:29am

Hello,
I just bought my Cuplex Kryos NEXT with VISION.I noticed the date and time are wrong,a date of year 2009 is shown on the screen and a completely wrong time as well.
Could you please someone help me explaining how to adjust the date and time data on the OLED screen of the waterblock to show the actual date and time information?

Thank you very much,
Nick.

Just connect the block via USB, install the aquasuite software and the Windows service will synchronize the date and time automatically.

Thank you very much for your prompt answer!
BTW is there any fix or will be at the next Aquasuite update concerning the issues with Windows services mentioned lately by some users?
Many thanks again, your support is great!
Nick.

So aquasuite 2018-5 is out?

No comment in the "NEW: aquasuite 2018" thread, where the bug and source of the aquasuite Services issue had been discussed.
No comment in the English Forum as to the fixed update being available (I did not check the German forum).
No update to the changelog text on the download page.
BUT, the content of the changelog has been updated to show 2018-5 changes.

A lot of people were waiting to update to the fix, but NOBODY knew.

Please, please, please add an OPTION to have the aquasuite check for updates and give notice if an update is available.

Edit: Formal request

I have to agree with InfoSeeker here. You guys are really bad at communications.
