Does this mean the order is shipped? On backorder? waiting on something?
After being like this for 3 weeks i'm getting a little concerned. Also not getting a reply when tying to contact aqua computer is fustrating...hence the forum entry

"Being processed" means that we got your payment and that the next step is the shipping - of course this requires that all parts are available and if you are already waiting for 3 weeks you can be sure something from your order is out of stock.
If you have tried to contact us by e-mail it seems that we never got it because every day almost all e-mails are answered so you will never wait longer than 24h for a reply (except for weekends).
