Currently gauges display the source name in both the title bar and on the gauge.
It would be useful if the source name was not displayed on the gauge, or removable as is the title bar.

You could hide the whole title bar but then the rpm display on the right is gone too. But in that case you could add it by yourself

Indeed, and I'm good with your suggestion.
I just don't see a need for the source to be displayed on the gauge... it is distracting.

Edit:
What would be useful is if one chooses to "Change data source" for an object, the aquasuite drilled down to, and selected the existing data source as the starting point.

It would be useful if the Gauge scale text followed the parameters of the Font Selection for size, as it does for color, under the General Settings tab.
This would allow the text size to be scaled for the gauge size.
