Hello,
Just installed a new machine with asus sage x299 w 10G and I am having issues with the usb connection between the aquaero 6 and the motherboard: it is not recognized.
I connected the Aquaero 6 to the back side usb connector and tried all of them!
This motherboard has usb 3.1 gen1 and gen2.
Could you please help me out with this major issue because as long as the Aquaero 6 is not recognized, i can't install the software.
