cooleditpro ist ein audio-editor, der auch mp3s direkt bearbeiten kann. dort kannst du die files normalisieren.
die mp3-to-wav funktion von cdex bietet ebenfalls eine mögloichkeit, die files zu normalisieren, aber die hab ich noch nicht benutzt (kA wie gut die das macht).
