Water cooling on my power coloer 9800 256ddr2

Hey...

i now many people have asked this question, i made a search on the side, but my german is not that good.

I have a Ati Power coloer 256 mb ddr2 gfx, now i want some watercooling om my ram, but whis one will fit on my card?
Should i order too 9800xt or what?
Really need some help...
