There isn't much information online about the Poweradjust 2. I would like to know what it is used for.

As a stand alone device most people use it as a controlling and monitoring device for Laing DDC pumps. When connected via aquabus to an aquaero it can be used as a fan channel extension. You can connect up to six devices to an aquaero so in the end you have ten independent fan channels.

Other tan the standard variant, the ultra variant can also adjust the output power automatically by using a temperature sensor. So for example if the temperature is going up, a connected pump or fans could spin faster.

The device provides a power of up to 25W.
