Updated PA2U to 1005 and AQ5 to 1025 cannot control PAs

Pretty accurate description, but here was how I did it.
Powered off computer
Connect USB cables to both PA2U
Power on Computer
Update Firmware on PA2U #1 (also validate that address is 50)
Restart Aquasuite 2012
Update Firmware on PA2U #2 (validate address is 51)
Restart Aquasuite 2012
Power off Computer.
Wait for AQ5 to shutdown
Remove USB cable
Power on PC
At this point, my AQ5 sees Fan5 and Fan6, so I know the AQ5 is communicating with them, but I do not hav ethem showing up as a device (where I would be able to see the firmware, etc like when connected via USB). Is this by design? I thought this version was supposed to let me control them through the aquabus.

Everything correct here. When connected via aquabus they only integrate as additional fan ports. You are not able to see any additional information like when using USB.

Hello I have the PA2 Ultra and it has the 1003 software were do you find the 1005 version, and how do you update after it is downloaded? Please help. Kind Regards.

If I am using only one PA2 Ultra with the 1003 software do I need too update, will it work with the newest version of Aquasuite I have hooked it to my Aquaero 5 and it works fine but I haven't updated it to the new Aquasuite yet?

The necessary firmware is always included to the software. If your device is too old the aquasuite 2012 will automatically force you to do an update. You only have to click the update button.
