Problem with Aquastream XT

Hi,

I have few questions about my aquastream XT.

1. A red led is blinking, so I assume there is some kind of problems..
2. The aquasuite tells me the pump status: short-circuit or too much load on the fan output. ( I don't have external fan connected to the pump, so I guess it is the first alternative)
3. Aquasuite/alarm settings: red balls on flow rate alarm, rotation speed monitoring output and fan out put short circuit.

What should I do? Pump is running ok and bios shows the rpm. The manual is in german and I can't find english translation for it.

no, that's (at the moment) the "normal" behaviour. There already was a discussion about that in the german forum - AC will probably change it with the next firmware-update.

Aha.. That is ok then. Today when I started my computer the one red ball has disappeared at the front of "Rotation speed monitoring fan out put". It is strange, but one problem less I hope.

For the other issues, I tried to change the power cable for the pump but it didn't help. I think it might be the power supply, so I need to check that one also.

From what I gathered there's a new firmware version for the pump errors you're experiencing. It'll require an Aquaero to update, or if you don't have one, you'll have to send in the pump and they'll do it for you.
