Aquaero 6 Fan/Pump speed - how to setup?

Mittwoch, 20. Mai 2015, 17:25

I get tired of a few hours and do not know how to set the fan speed and Pompu for curves.

I have 4 fans combined into 1 input - multiple of 4 (a total of 16 fans)
I am using such splitter: http://gelidsolutions.com/products/index…=2&cid=11&id=63

At the beginning, how to configure the fans? aquaero -> Fans
- power controled
- speed controlled
- PWM controlled

If I might add to aquaero -> Controllers -> Curve controller -> Outputs FANS

Tab aquaero -> fans all settings change (voltage 0, power 0, etc)

The curves look like but nothing happens. Fans rotation did not drop.

If I set for PWM aquaero -> Fans and add aquaero -> Controllers -> Preset value -> Outputs FANS
I can change the fan speed.

I care about the dynamic change depending on temparatury liquids, not always the same.

I think beginning to understand...

If you using such a splitter, you only can use PWM controlled in "aquaero -> Fans" and only with PWM-Fans
In "aquaero -> Controllers" you then can set whichever control you prefer

It worked...

Going back to curves. My set.

I do not know if there is well?

I have 3 sensors
- The first CPU (Koolance 380I cooler)
- The second reservoir (internal/external thread G1/4)
- The third is to measure the air (outside case)

I wants to set the most efficient and silent configuration. With increased focus on silence.

I know how to set minimum and maximum speed for the fans.
But I do not know how to properly set the minimum temperature, maximum. I've never had a custom LC.
It can be done more efficiently Liquid / Air - Delta?

How to set the pump speed? It seems to me that inch of time is set to the max :\
The whole time I have ~ 335 liquid flow.
Controllers -> Preset value -> Outputs D5 Pomp
90% - ~335l/h
10% - ~335l/h

~4956 rpm all the time!

Could it be fault that the USB cable is not plugged D5 pump -> Motherboard?
I plugged only Aquabus-> Aquaero and Alarm-> Motherboard

Questions appear at each step.

Your Pump Controller starts at 35 and has start up at 35.5.
Your source, "Liquid", is at 28.5, so the controller is set to zero.

Can you give a screen shot of the Pump>System tab?

After connecting the USB cable the showed mps panel... Now actually heard that pump slows down.

1. The question to which turnover set the pump - what to give a maximum flow (l/h) and what minimum flow (l/h)?
2 I've heard that people buy pwm pumps 1-5 and set the switch to the 2-3 and already leave forever. In our case it will be 35-50%?

And what of the fans?

1. What can be the minimum liquid temperature and what the maximum?
I want to set halfpassive mode.

There are many theories on how best to work a WC loop. I'll share my thoughts and maybe others will share theirs.
The loop setup depends on the loop makeup, and also on your ambient air.
During the summer my ambient can be in the 28C to 30C range, and since the radiator cannot cool below ambient, my loop will not be cooler than that.

I have my pumps on a Preset Value controller... I adjust them for a water flow around 200 L/H, and leave them.

I am still playing with the fans, and tried to tie them to the Water Out vs. Ambient Air, but the range is too small and noise probably influences the controller.
At the moment I have them set on a range from 25C to 35C, so they are 100% when I get 35C.
I also do not like my fans stopping and starting all the time, so I have a 20% minimum hold on them.

If your ambient is lower, you may want to drop the lower temperature to have more control.
