Aquaero 6 Buzzer Changed Volume After Passive Heatsink Installation

Hi there, my buzzer changed volume after I installed Aqua Computer Passive Cooler for Aquaero 6. Previously, it was much louder, but after I installed the heatsink, the buzzer just makes a slight high-pitched whine (which can't be heard with earphones on and nothing playing) and it also makes a clicking noise at the same time.

In my case, the sound is identical. With or without heat sink.

It sounds like there is an issue with your aquaero.
Your best route is probably to start a conversation with tech support (for the human test, just add the two numbers)
