RGB illumination module question

I have a use for an RGB LED that is spec'd as "NARROW VIEWING ANGLE NON-DIFFUSED LED WITH OUTPUT POWER GREATER THAN 100mcd"

Does the RGB illumination module (34930) meet those criteria?

Perhaps the manufacturer and a part number, so I can search for a data sheet?
