PA3 3pin Header

I have a lot of those LED strips:

https://www.dazmode.com/store/product/12…ed-strip-white/ : they are dimmable 2pin LEDs

I have some of them connected to 12V and some to 6V PCB splitter board but I would like to adjust their voltage to either dim them or make them brighter. If I connect them to Aquaeros 4-pin header I am able to do it, but when connected to PA3 3pin fan header I cannot adjust it, it can only be on or off.

Can anyone help please.
