Aquastream Ultimate Aquasuite Windows 10 problem

I am running an aquastream ultimate connected to an internal header on my msi x99a-mpower and in windows 10 aquasuite only reads values (I cannot set any values) unless i unplug and reconnect the USB cable (not ideal).

Any advice? Is this a known bug?

No known bug or general problem. Must have something to do with your system configuration.
