I believe only the fan amplifiers are monitored... aquaero_temps.jpg

i wouldnt think these are whats used when controlling the temp of the actual aquaero when water cooling it.
in older software all 4 couldnt be used

So my AE5 has 2 temperature sensors, fan amplifiers 1 & 2 and 3 & 4.
I'm not sure if I understand your question

The only direct control you have, is if do NOT controll the fans using the PWM mode.
In that case you could set a Controller Curve to increase fan speed as the Fan Amplifiers increase in temperature. vss_sample.jpg

Note to aqaucomputer: it would be useful to have more than two inputs for the Max/Min functions
