Hi I have many problems with my aquaero/aqua suite and I am getting fed up!!

1) I don't even have a water level dector but yet on the aquaero it says "Shut down in (then a count down)" "Level too low"...

2) The aquaero lettering is proper messed up on both ends (kind of like ghosting/letters over letters etc.)

3) I open up the aquasuite and I get this message:

Exception: InvalidArgument= Value of 266 is not valid for SelectIndex etc etc....

4) When aquasuite does show up the aquastream XT tab rairly works.

5) On the aquaero (when it works) I get a flow meter value of something like 800 liters an hour... when in actual fact it is more like 30. (This is probably a aquastream XT problem).

I have done all the 'normal' things like check all paremeter values, reinstalled the aquasuite several times eprom reset etc etc...

PS I am running Vista with the latest firmware on all hardware from aquacomputer.

Should I contact support or just wait here?
