First time setup - QUADRO - Aquasuite NO USB device detected

Hello,
I just purchased and plugged in a QUADRO.

I was very careful to make sure the USB connector is oriented correctly on both ends and it is.
I plugged in the molex which is also providing power to a couple other devices and I can confirm it's got power.
When I try to install aquasuite, it indicates that there are no available devices connected.
I'm assuming the little status light should be lit but I can't seem to find that information online. Mine is not lit.
Will someone please help me out?

The status light glow for around 5 Seconds on startup, and then go off.

If the Aquasuite Software cant find a Device, then the USB Connection does not work.
Please try a different USB Port on your Motherboard.
If that does not work, then look in the Device Manager in Windows if there are any Problems with unknown devices.

Thank you for confirming the functionality of the light.
After I then confirmed that the USB port worked by itself, and the orientation on the port and device were right, I decided to a peek under the rubber...
It seems a component decided to give up for some reason.
The only thing I had plugged in was the Molex, and the USB. I never got to plug in my fans or thermistor. I opened a support ticket. Hopefully, I get a response soon.
