D5 Next led bug

D5 Next led bug

Hi

Since a while the led strip of my D5 Next doesn't work well, see the picture:


All leds are on in aquasuite X.47 but only the first one works. I checked one by one.

I tested :

shutdown the computer and I unpluged the psu
shutdown the computer and I unpluged the psu then I unpluged and repluged the control unit
result : no effect
So any ideas ?

Hi, it's an hardware problem; aquacomputer know this.
email to support from this.
you have two options :
return the pump from repair
or
aquacomputer send you a new piece and you change the piece... (it's easy)
