Hello,

Can anyone confirm that this fan is compatible with Octo / Splitty(x) devices?

Here is the technical sheet:

where we can see that the PWM connector is a 4 pins
and that the argb connector is a 3 pins.

The fan has a PWM connection and is therefore controllable via the OCTO, since the fans offer the possibility to connect additional fans on both the PWM and aRGB connection, no splitter is necessary.
Each fan has 12 LEDs, so you can connect 7 fans to one RGBpx channel of the OCTO and at 0.11A you can also connect them to one fan channel if you want.

I bought a three-pack of the fans for testing :-)

It works as hoped, you can control the LEDs individually via the three fans connected in series, and therefore also control each fan with its own effect, or all together with a continuous effect, as with LED strips connected in series.
You need this Adapter.

Yes, I also ordered some, along with the adapter. The package is on its way... :)
