Farbwerk 360 - not recognized, drivers?

I recently installed a brand new Farbwerk 360. My Windows 10 computer is not recognizing it.
Device Manager error:

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A USB port reset request has failed."
I have tried:
  1. Uninstalling the USB device and rebooting
  2. Uninstalling and reinstalling Aquasuite
  3. Switching USB cables to one I know is working
  4. Switching USB headers to one I know is working

Aquacomputer doesn't seem to have driver downloads that I can find anywhere, unlike most hardware manufacturers do. Are there drivers I can download? Is the Farbwerk faulty? Do I need to update the firmware, and if so, how do I do that if Aquasuite and the PC don't recognize the device?
Otherwise, any troubleshooting advice would be much appreciated.

Hmmm. That is strange. I installed 2 Farbwerk360s several weeks apart. When Aquasuite started up it saw the Farbwerk360's with no trouble. What version of Aquasuite are you running?

1. wrong cable connection
2. hardware error

You dont need any additional driver for this device.

I'm not sure what you mean by "wrong cable connection". I've tried two different USB cables, both supplied with my Octo and the Farbwerk 360, and I've tried multiple USB headers on my motherboard. My Octo works, so I'm assuming this is a hardware issue?

It was not working with either X.47 or X.49. No issues with my Octo, Aquastream XT, or MPS 400.

The only other thing I can think of is to try installing it on another computer. Connect the Farbwerk360 to a different computer, do a clean install of AQS on that computer, and try it again. Don't connect and LED strips or devices - just power and USB. Also, double check that the power connection is OK. I don't think there is any way to force a re-flash of the Farbwerk360's firmware but if there was, I would try that too before dealing with an RMA. I think the last firmware update (v1020) came with AQS X.45. It is noteworthy that X.49 had fixes for USB connectivity issues and included firmware updates for Octo, Quadro, and LeakShield but not Farbwerk360. I have no idea if this means anything. If you can't try another computer, or you do and it does the same thing, then I guess start and RMA. Sucks, I know.
