I recently installed a brand new Farbwerk 360. My Windows 10 computer is not recognizing it.
Device Manager error:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A USB port reset request has failed."
I have tried:
- Uninstalling the USB device and rebooting
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Aquasuite
- Switching USB cables to one I know is working
- Switching USB headers to one I know is working
Aquacomputer doesn't seem to have driver downloads that I can find anywhere, unlike most hardware manufacturers do. Are there drivers I can download? Is the Farbwerk faulty? Do I need to update the firmware, and if so, how do I do that if Aquasuite and the PC don't recognize the device?
Otherwise, any troubleshooting advice would be much appreciated.
