Leakshield- fill volume not showing anything

Hi
My leakshield doesnt seem to be able to measure the volume as no matter how many times I have measure fill ,it still says 0%
Any ideas as it is working but not seen this before

Mostly this is caused due air in your system, for example the radiator. Please read the LEAKSHIELD FAQ about the fill level measuring.
There is a test described to check if your system is properly deaerated.
