D5 Ultitube RGB led ring not working

Hello everyone,

I have installed my new D5 Ultitube reservoir 200 along with Shield and the RGB led ring is not working. I have installed as manual said the plug into the IN port but nothing. Shield and D5 rgb is working but not the ring.

Make sure that the port ist set to RGBpx (aquasuite: D5 NEXT - > System)
