aquabus/aquastream cable?

I have just got the aquaduct 360xt and i was wondering what the aquabus/aquastream cable that comes with it is for? The cable itself is a 3 pin fan conector with black, red and yellow wires.

You can use this wire if you want to use the mainboard fan check (indecated wheather there is a fan connected or not) in addition to the check of the Aquaero.

Since most mainboard do have this option set enabled by default AC once decided to ship the Aquaduct with this wire.

thanx for you help, but i dont quite understand, where on the MB do i plug the cable in? Does the other end plug into the pins labeled fan on the AC circuit board.
