parts infos and best way to buy those parts

Donnerstag, 6. Januar 2005, 19:08

Ok ... a bit complicated but please bear with me ::)

I'm from Canada ... french (and english as well) but I have a girlfriend that lives in Paris.

I want to order some parts form the berlin site so they could ship it to my gf address in France so she can bring those parts with her in Canada on the 20 (january).

- Can it be done using my visa card??
- Easier for her to place the order with Carte Bleu??
- Will I get the parts in time??
- Can I do this by phone? Will they take my order in english? French?

Now for the parts. This is what I need:

Aquastream 3.0 12v
Airplex evo 240
Aquatube
Cpuplex EVO
Aquagraph FX6800 rev2 with copper core.
Sound mat kit
power fluid
Aquatube blue led mod

Anything wrong with this list??
Do I need anything more??
I want to go Plug&Cool ... anything I need to change?

Its all going in a lian-li V1000 with those part list:

amd64 3000+ 754socket
Asus K8N-X
Antec True 420w
BFG6800GT

If your still here thanks alot (just reading all this thing is already something :) )

Eric

You will need the "Anschluss-Satz für aquastream und Eheim 1046" to use plug and cool with the aquastream.

what about hoses? I'd advise 3 or 4 metres.

and by "power fluid" you sure mean "ACFluid" ;)

Of course ... I forgot to mention that I would get the High end 240 supply kit.

High End 240 kit
Cpu block (cpuplex evo) plexiglass
GPU block (aquagraph fx6800 rev2)
GPU copper kit
Sound mat kit
Aquatube alu mounting bracket
Aquatube blue led mod

Do I still need the ACFluid and Plug and Cool connection set for Aquastream??

Almost .... Stephane part is ok ... the K for Courbé is not ... would be ... Ka or Cas (s is silent) or also Qua .... which doesn't mean anything special except for "cas" which means case (not the computer one :) )

well... all the other forgot the most important thing...

hi, and welcome to the board :)

you might need some angels and t-connectors too. it's better to order and don't need them, but don't order and need them.

Thanks for the help guys! I'ts really appreciated!

No problem for the language lessons ;) ... I get to practice a lot of german here :D and on the AC site ... didn't remember the lessons in school ... got to thank Sandra for grabbing all my attention in class :D ... ahh the days ... anyway.

Angels??

I know T connectors ... yeah will grab some ... I saw plug&cool in metal or plastic ... does it really matter??

Sensor (flow, temp)??

I don't plan to go aquaero right now but maybe one day.

Thanks again to all!! Great board.

Angels??

why so surprised? don´t you like angels? ;D

he meant so say angles ;)
but what he´s really trying to tell you is: you need some corner-pieces
or do you call them ellbow-fittings? i´m not quite sure now...

nevertheless, it´s those 90°-thingies ;D

Sensor (flow, temp)??

Well you could install it now but be sure that you can only use ist with the Aquaero.
The only aggremant to that point is that you don't have to change youre system for the Aquaero.
I would order it together with the Aquaero because if you change youre mind and don't by an Aquaero you havn't waste your maney.
