Well if the amature modder can spot this little problem and if im correct in saying when u put your hand over a fan it sounds louder because of the strain on the intake or summing. But the whole idea of water cooling is to make it silent or as close as. So there i think is the second floor in the design but overall i think a cable touch up and it s very nice indeed.
I aint being a bastrd or taking the piss out of the pc, i am merly being the good cop bad cop, devils advocate if you would. But i do like the design and i think for the first one for *MMM* it is very impressive indead.
You have right there, in everything you wrote.
but it could be possible that they have disconnected that
fan or if they havent i guess its a good ide, or as a wrote in my first post "turn the psu".
and as you wrote "hand over a fan" is true if they have that fan connected then it will make a noise.
