Hi, I'm quite new to WC, but has built a complete WC computer, with no less than 11 water blocks, mainly AC. My circuit is as follows
Pump: AC Aquastream pump (@ 74Hz), controlled by Aquaero.
RAM: 4x Thermaltake RX1. RAM blocks
CPU: Swiftech Apogee
VGA: Swiftech MCW60
MOSFET: AC AC26005
NB: AC24115 "Twinplex"
SB: Swifteck MCW30
HDD: 2x AC AquaDrive Dual
Flowmeter: AC 53021 "aquaero sensorik"
RAD: Thermaltake 12x36
Tank: AC 34002 "aquatube"
The tank and pump is mounted using the "aquabay at" mounting kit, and verything is conected by 3/8 tubes.

All in all I am quite pleased, as my temp reading are fine (never above 40C at 1hour "full load" test with the pump running at 74Hz, using the trial version of everest Ultimate 2006 - the only thing I got working with Vista64).
My question is on the flow of the system:
1. What is the correct imp/l setting for the flow sensor? The manual says 550 imp/l, the software says 509 imp/l.
2. The flow of my system as read (with the 509 setting) varies from 25 to 45 l/hour (see figure below). Is this Ok, Low/bad or good, for such an system?

3. If I should increase my flow (given it is to low), what would be the best way of doing so (I'm into this for the fun of it, and to run a low noise system)
EDIT: Have anybody modified the flow sensor (AC 53021 "aquaero sensorik")? And if so, what to do? Increase the inner diameter to 9mm? Turn the flow? (all in order to enhance the flow ...)
Thanks in advance
