Why do Aqua computer offer poor poor service to the customer it’s a joke not a very good way to run a company that’s all I can say about this matter if its not one thing it’s another thing also shipping take the piss also what do they do there just seat around drinking cups of coffee and chatting on the net all day when i got my Koolance Stuff was sent out the next day also notfy me if there's a problem and these say there over worked i can't understand it also i can understand why the boss never gives his staff a day of because not good customer service i would be the same fair play to Aqua boss also how many use black case then silver i use black but can't get some cover's for the poweradjust so thats my fault because i buy a nice black case and you sell everything part siver also with the option of black doh all i can say is very stupid way to run a company also anychance i can get these cover now lol they rally look over worked here

there is not much demand for a black cover so it would not make (economical) sense for us to produce such a cover.

We had a black cover for the older aquastream controllers which was also compatible to the poweradjust but since we do not produce the old controllers anymore, there are also no new black covers available.

I’m just waiting on you ? so I asked for Thursday then they said yea we will get it out to the shop where you have put your order by Friday no they lied sent them out on a Monday then I had to wait for it all coming from Germany to States that was a week it’s not like Koolance and other water kit makes they have it out same day or next day…. Also it’s a joke they sell all these things with option of Black cover how hard is it to make a few Poweradjust front plates its not like they have to stock them in by the 1000s just make something like a 100 simple but no they don’t ...also heard they are over worked i really think they are under worked also yesterday i was given a site for 2 plates they are out of stock because i sent them a email asking them just lazy to update there website pritty sums up germans for you also spent a long time looking for these plates 1st don't live in england secound usa dont have 3 Aqua computer stop doing them

I am more solution oriented, complaining just causes stress and solves nothing. Did you consider taking the Stainless faceplates and painting or powdercoating them to match your case? You could also have them anodised but that may be a bit costly for just two pieces. Mebbe find a supplier and acquire some material in the color and thickness you need and fab it or have someone with the skills necessary to fab it for you. These are just suggestions you might consider if you are unable to find the color you need in stock at another supplier.

yes i looked for 6 hrs yesterday also if i wanted to paint them i would have just got some cheap shit and not spent like $500 on there stuff also i dont have the time for
painting also not so long i get all my stuff it's like xmas all at once in this house i would have got it early if someone could have been bother to fill out abit of paper work but thats aqua for you i think you will like my kit once it's done i will show everybody it's just a really shame i may have to send all my aqua computer stuff back but thats $500 back in my pocket

The big question is where do you see someone from us since there is nobody in that picture.

As Top_Nurse already said we have a large assortment and it is almost impossible to have everything in stock every time if you also keep attention to the economics.
