Hello,

My configuration :
- 1 aquaero
- 1 aquastream ultra
- 1 tubemeter, with the appropriate specific cable (n°93266)
- 1 Y aquabus cable (n°53063)
The aquastream and tubemeter are connected through the Y cable to aquaero and nothing works ( both aquatream and tubemeter are not seen by aquaero) :
- standalone aquastream
- standalone tubemeter
- both through Y cable
Nothing for tubemeter. Aquqstream "non connected"
I sent 1 request formular + 1 RMA formular to Aquacomputer. No answer after 2 weeks.

Does anybody has a solution ( defectice Y cable or defective aquabus port ? specific configuration ?)

The tubemeter/or aquastream do not work standalone/or both, but connected through Y cable.
Unfortunately my wires are too short to connect one or another equipment directly to aquaero. So I need to buy an extension ! I will try this way later...
Hope it is a defective Y cable...
The pity is that I have no answer for the same question from Aquacomputer... Not a good after-sales service it seems !
