aquasuite software doesn't find aquaero

Hi all,
I'm new using the aqua computer gear, I just install my Aquaero in my Evga 790i FTW and install the Aquasuite software in Windows 7 64 bits but the software doesn't find the aquaero hardware, how can I troubleshoot this ?

Sounds like a similar problem I'm having (check my thread). First check if the cable is connected correctly. Is it going to an internal USB connector?

If you double checked the connection go to your device manager and check if there is an USB with a yellow exclamation mark.Go to properties and and check if it giving a Code 10 error that the device cannot start.

Please let us know what you find.
