I'm trying to order an Aquaero and a few accessories, and I'm having a hard time with the ordering process. After floundering around for a bit trying to find an English language version of the AquaComputer site (finally had to Google) - or should I say, partial English version, because only a few product pages are actually translated - I've got my cart full of the stuff I want, but I'm having difficulties actually placing my order.
- Firstly, all the Terms and Conditions the checkout requires agreeing to are in German. I've got no idea what I'm supposed to be agreeing to
- Second, I think one of the items I'm interested in is out of stock, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know what "lange Lieferzeit" means? As a corollary, if the Aquaero replacement black faceplates are out of stock, does anyone know when they'll be available again?
- Finally, it would be much more convenient for me to be able to pay via credit card, but as far as I can make out the checkout system does not have an option for this. Does AquaComputer accept credit cards (preferably American Express)?
I realise that these questions are more properly handled via e-mail, but from looking at the "UNTERNEHMEN/Kontakt" page (which is entirely in German) I have no idea who I should be e-mailing or what address I should be sending mail to.
Any help with this much appreciated!
