A problem I have discovered.
If I have a curve set so that at temperature X it will have its maxium output (it is also the last dot in the curve - 100%) if the temperature reaches X it will of course make fans associated with it run at 100%. HOWEVER, if temperature>X then fan speeds go down to minimum.
What I have to do is drag the last dot in the curve at 100% to a temperature far far far away from the temperature that will give 100% speed of fans, as I otherwise will get the opposite effect, fans will actually slow down to minimum, when they are needed the most.
Noticed this during one of the last days heat waves.
Is it supposed to be like this - or is it a flaw? I would expect that if the last dot is set at 100% in the curve, then the system would continue running at 100% even if temperature exceeds maximum temperature.
I noticed something like this last night too after setting up curves for the first time. What I did to fix it was move all the data points further to the right and it seemed to sort it self out.
