Aquaero + Fanamps to control pump?

I have heard that some people have used fanamps to control pumps because of the aquaeros lack of power.

But someone says said that you are only able to control 1-2 volts up and down with the aquaero. Can someone confirm this?

It would be better if you could control it all the way up and down ofcourse...

The problem with using the Aquaero to power/control fans is that your only able to control (2) fans per channel. For my build that is worthless. Pumps on the other hand, like VirtualRain had setup, would be fine because all he was looking for was a minimum level of control and Auto-Shotdown due to pump failure.

Like I previously stated, I'll soon be attempting to find a solution myself. Stay tuned for updates.

The Aquaero can handle 10W per channel and 30W max on all 4. The amount of fans per channel will depend on the fans amperage.

I am not sure the Aquaero plays nice with a fanamp, alone it can vary the volts from 0V to 12V. You should be able to operate (12) 0.2A fans and have complete control over them with the Aquaero.

Don't ask me why but I also read it in other forums from users who tried it.
