Hey everyone

1. I got my aquaeros 5 xt, but I'm having trouble updating the firmware. It says error, reflash firmware!, then Die aquasuite wird beendet. bitten warten sie bis das gerat neu gestarted ist. How exactly do I reset it? I tried holding the middle button down as instructed in other threads, but since the XT has a touchscreen, it doesn't seem to be working. It is not resetting.

2. The down arrow key is not working for me. The up arrow key and the middle button (is that the set button?) works. Is there anyway I can fix this or will i need RMA?

Updating my post..

1. I did a hardreset by jumping the temperature probe pins 5-8

2. I calibrated the sensitivity of the buttons
