Is support@aqua-computer.de the correct e-mail address for support?

I need urgent help regarding a part that is damaged in shipping, so I sent an e-mail to the address in the title, but no response after 24 hours. Is there any better way to contact support? I can't use the forms as I don't speak German.

Download and install the Chrome browser. It's not my favorite, but it has built-in website translation which is very handy for forms like that. It's not perfect, but it might be close enough.

Did you buy from a reseller or direct from AC? Let us know how things turn out.

I bought it here. It is a Airplex GIGANT 1680 Copper that I received back in Feb but didn't have time to work on it until now. Two of the stands are badly bent, so replacement stands are needed.
