Pump adapter for D5 pumps for aqualis base with fill level sensor, G1/4

Sunday, July 26th 2015, 4:25pm

Does the "Pump adapter for D5 pumps for aqualis base with fill level sensor, G1/4" (http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info…roducts_id=2926) include a temperature sensor, in the same way the "aqualis XT 450 ml with nano coating, fill level sensor and LED holder, G1/4" (http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info…roducts_id=2917 ) has a temperature sensor incorporated?

Neither has an internal temperature sensor... both have a port to accept an external temperature sensor.

Product No.: 41095

Quoted

The external temperature sensor input is compatible with all Aqua Computer temperature sensors.

Product No.: 34042

Quoted

the XT variants feature an electronic fill level sensor with USB and aquabus interface, a programmable alarm output and an external temperature sensor input.

Well, let me follow up with one caveat... if the level sensor is like the MPS level sensor, a temperature reading will show in the aquaero/aquasuite, but it does not reflect the water temperature of the loop.

Yep, like all pressure sensors they have a temp sensor built in but its not very accurate at all. A proper sensor will work far better.
