Aquasuite 2016-5 - problem with starting of AquaComputerService /SOLVED/

Hello All,

In aquasuite 2016-4 all worked good. I was inquisitive, so I installed the 2016-5 version.

Each time I start the computer, does not start AquaComputerService automatically, and I have to run it manually.


I tried a new installation (several times), cleaning registers ....., but without success.


Some ideas?


Exactly here demonstrates the truthfulness of the proverb: Do not fix what is not broken. :(

Did you choose the second entry (not sure what it says in english) when reinstalling it?
First one was for keeping all data an the second one for completely installing it new, while deleting the current data.
Then it should work, I have the same problem with the 2017-1, will try that too

At the first release we had a small bug that the service will not be properly installed after you have de-installed it one time (a wrong path was used in this case). We have released a update (2016-5.1/2017-1.1) that already have got a fix for this.
I'm not shure if this will solve your problem but maybe it will help you.

post or send us an email with the errors from the windows event log. this is the only way to solve the problem.

This is not the message that we need. Please check again. There should be a short error report (the one that you have posted) which is not useful for us and an extended one. This is the one that we need.

if this will help, I had the same problem with the 2017.1.1 software it wouldn't allow me to open the aquasuite tab to get to settings, would lock up and this is what I got for a result in event viewer.

I solved this by uninstalling with option to delete all data and reinstall as a new installation, then just imported my pages I had backed up in a different location, all settings were saved elsewhere also, imported pages and settings now have full control of software.

Hello,

Initially, my Aquaero 5 LT worked perfectly with Aquasuite 2016-4 and HWiNFO64 5.40 together.

Version 5.42 of HWiNFO was available ==> I upgraded the software. Unfortunately, the graphs in Aquasuite dedicated to HWiNFO items were no longer updated.
==> I upgraded to Aquasuite 2016-5.3 after a firmware update of the Aquaero ==> No way, it is no longer functional.

My problem is :
* I cannot go back to Aquasuite 2016-4, the driver being no longer available on your website.
* Only Aquaero items are available as data sources in Aquasuite 2016-5.3.
