Vision USB with Flow meter 0l/h ?

so i have:
https://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_inf…roducts_id=1655 this flow meter with:
https://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_inf…roducts_id=3593 this vision USB unit and:

https://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_inf…roducts_id=3486 this cable, saying that it is compatible with the two products above.


i got a temp signal in aqua suite working and i can see a flow sensor detected but 0 l/h.
i got the arrows pointing into the direction of the flow ( meter just infront of the pump. arrow out, going into my inlet of the pump.)

anything else i could check?

ok so regardless of whether the cable is connected or not, the software will show flow as sensor when you select it in the software (it can be used as flow sensor input or hard reset/shutdown cable to the MB).

orientation doesn't matter (position-wise up down whatever) and even in and outlets can be switched (would just give a negative flow as signal).

cable broken? or something else?

Edit: cable is fine, checked.

Ive ordered a new Vision and sent the old one back.

straight out of the box I got a flow signal.

thats all folks!
