I've not been having any issues, but after powering up and the LED strips connected to the aqua suite not working, I had to disconnect and reconnect the USB header on the mobo and they came back to life, but now I seem to be running into this problem, I've tried swapping the USB header on the mobo to an alternate one but no joy - did a quick search here but couldn't see anything. Any ideas?
It's weird. your update licence ends late May, so you should still be with X.39. That's why it won't work i imagine.
Do you have another device, maybe an external farbwerk nano, or something that has extended your licence, and that is now unplugged?
otherwise you will need to do as it says : re-run the setup to get the latest version you're entitled to.
Iiiiintersting - I don't mind paying for the service for a year - It's been pretty good so far - Thanks for the reply subscribing seems to have done the trick!
In answer to your question - no, I have only ever had the Octo connected. Not sure how I got it to update to a version after that date, I didn't even realise it was a subscription service until this happened.
That's what is weird. Aquasuite should have stopped giving you update pop-ups after X.39. The program itself doesn't stop working. only the updates are subscription based. you should have had a fully functional X39 version!
Actually, if you uninstall and reinstall Aquasuite, it should give you the option to install the latest version you're entitled to. Which is, as far as I understand, X39.
