Quadro diconnecting continuously with Aquasuite running

Hello,

My Quadro has begun disconnecting and reconnecting, continuously, both in my device manager and in the Aquasuite application. Aside from a graphics card driver update, no other recent changes were made to the computer or its software.

The Aquasuite service logs show this message over and over:

OF NOTE: the Quadro device only disconnects when the Aquasuite service is running. I stop the service and it stays connected. With the service off, I can adjust the Quadro settings per usual, sans Aquasuite features. Pump and fans are still following their curves regardless of USB connection, thankfully.

My troubleshooting efforts included
  1. unplugging the USB connector at the Quadro and reconnecting.
  2. unplugging the Quadro USB cable from the motherboard and reconnecting.
  3. switching motherboard USB ports with the adjacent one used by my Farbwerk 360, no change and the Farbwerk continued to function normally.
  4. switching the USB cables entirely between the Quadro and Farbwerk, no change.


Serial number is 07349-13775.
Firmware is 1033.
Everything is up to date as far as I can tell.

Any ideas?

Can I assume it's not my motherboard, since the Farbwerk still works fine in either port?

This is a strange problem. You have already done the obvious troubleshooting steps. You could try totally uninstalling and reinstalling Aquasuite. You could al.so try connecting the Quadro to another computer and see if the problem follows. Regarding a response from Aquacomputer, they usually don't respond on the weekends. They do have an Official Support sub-Reddit in the Vendors section of R/Watercooling. Sometimes I have had better luck getting a response from Aquacomputer there than on this forum. Thanks, I'll reach out on Reddit when I get a sec. I did send them the same message via their support email also.

One update: I somehow did not see the "Automatically reset USB connection in case of errors" setting in the Service menu, which was enabled. I turned it off and the disconnecting stopped. I'd say problem solved, but there's clearly something up with either the Quadro or my USB controller/drivers, and Aquasuite is not happy about it.

Also, the Quadro's red LED status light does it's normal 10 seconds on at start and shuts off.
