My Quadro has begun disconnecting and reconnecting, continuously, both in my device manager and in the Aquasuite application. Aside from a graphics card driver update, no other recent changes were made to the computer or its software.
The Aquasuite service logs show this message over and over:

OF NOTE: the Quadro device only disconnects when the Aquasuite service is running. I stop the service and it stays connected. With the service off, I can adjust the Quadro settings per usual, sans Aquasuite features. Pump and fans are still following their curves regardless of USB connection, thankfully.
My troubleshooting efforts included
- unplugging the USB connector at the Quadro and reconnecting.
- unplugging the Quadro USB cable from the motherboard and reconnecting.
- switching motherboard USB ports with the adjacent one used by my Farbwerk 360, no change and the Farbwerk continued to function normally.
- switching the USB cables entirely between the Quadro and Farbwerk, no change.
Serial number is 07349-13775.
Firmware is 1033.
Everything is up to date as far as I can tell.
