Best Place to get Aquacomputer Support?

Donnerstag, 2. Januar 2025, 03:06

I am wondering where the best place to get a response from Aquacomputer is -This forum or their [OFFICIAL SUPPORT] Aqua Computer - General Discussion & Support subreddit under r/Watercooling. I have used both in the past with mixed results but found that I usually had a better chance of getting a response in the OFFICIAL SUPPORT subreddit. My understanding is that this forum is more of a user's forum and as such, you may or may not get a response from Aquacomputer. The subreddit is named OFFICIAL SUPPORT] Aqua Computer - General Discussion & Support, so I figured that is their official online support platform.

On December 21st, I posted in this forum about a High Flow Next Low Voltage Alarm (LINK) and got no responses at all. A few days later I posted on the Official Support subreddit (LINK) but I did not get a response their either. I can see that the last time AC_Shoggy posted there was 28 days ago. I know things tend to slow down around the Christmas holidays but I am still hoping to get my questions about the issue I have answered. I think I can resolve the High Flow Next Low Voltage issue by rearranging my USB devices but some of my questions are about things in Aquasuite that I think only Aquacomputer can answer. I provided links to both posts in this post. Any insights are appreciated.

The quickest way is still the e-mail, support@aqua-computer.de is given when you click on Support above, but sebastian has also mentioned info@aqua-computer.de in posts recently.
You can of course also call +49 5508 9749290 preferred telephone hours 9-15 o'clock, which is listed above under Company-> Imprint.

Thanks. I will try emailing Aquacomputer support. I wonder if their Official Support subreddit is no longer active.

Mail and telephone are always the first in the support priority list.
Answers are given in the forums when there is time. Forums are normally designed as user help user.

In the meantime it was Christmas, holidays, vacation time. Longer support times are the norm rather than the exception.
Our support requests are also not answered by chatbots. We always try to answer all questions as promptly as possible.

Thank you for responding, and for clarifying the best way to get support from Aquacomputer. Since you replied in this thread, but not in the thread that contained details about my issue and my questions, I will repeat them here in an abbreviated format. Perhaps some kind user knows the answers, which could be shared here so that others with the same issue may see them. If I do not get a response here, I will send these questions in an email per your recommendation.

As stated in my ORIGINAL POST my questions are about the High Flow Next, which gave me a Low Voltage Alarm.
  1. For the High Flow Next, what is the difference between VCC5 and VCC5 USB? The High Flow Next is the only device I have that reports both, and in my case, VCC5 is always 0.2V lower than VCC5 USB.
  2. When the High Flow Next reports a low-voltage Alarm, which voltage is it based on?
Thanks in advance for any responses.

My high flow next exhibits the same 0.2 delta characteristic as regards VCC5 & VCC5 USB [VCC_isue]
