Minimize at Startup no longer works

Hi,
Over the last few days i have an issue where for some reason the Minimize at Startup option is not working/ignored by the program, the computer will start and once Aquasuit boots up with it then it is opened instead of being minimized to tray.
Had this issue in the over the last few days, it started out of the blue, i was on X.80 for a long time, and only last few days it started.
I updated to X.82 and issue persists.
All other options like close to tray and etc are all good.
I tried disabling Minimize at Startup, close program, open, enabling.
Still no good.
I tried disabling, restart, enabling, restart, still no good.
Any suggestions for a fix or what could be root of the issue?

We tested this again, and it must be a problem or other software on your system. Starting the software works in all variants.
