Hi,
I'm actually looking for technical support, but I'm only aware of this forum as the only contact for the company.
I have a Win10 machine with a High Flow Next, a Leakshield, and an up-to-date Aquasuite managing them.
They're both on internal USB ports, which are configured to keep the power ON after shutdown. I guess that's the desired config,
otherwise how would you get non-stop monitoring with the Leakshield for example
(not that it's relevant anymore for me, as the Leakshield has a design flaw that renders it useless, but the argument of a theoretical non-stop monitoring is relevant for this case)?
The devices are configured to go in stand-by mode.
Yet, for some inexplicable reason sometimes they stay online with the computer shut down.
I wouldn't care much if it didn't keep me awake at night.
The immediate fix for this bug is to power cycle the computer either by a reboot/shutdown,
or just power off the PSU until everything blacks out and then turn the PSU on again - at which point the devices come back ON, but they go in standby shortly after.
Is this a known bug that the suspend command isn't sent/received sometimes?
Even without a suspend command the devices should go to sleep if the host controller goes quiet for some time I'd think...
